I am a senior associate, solicitor in our Legal 500-rated litigation & dispute resolution department, working with the team across a wide range of civil litigation and inheritance & trust matters.

I help my clients, both businesses and individuals, to resolve disputes arising from commercial contracts, landlord and tenant and property. I am a specialist in inheritance and contentious probate disputes and contractual disputes.

  • Challenging the validity of a will for reasons such as undue influence, lack of capacity and invalid execution of a will
  • Advising on claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975

My experience includes:

  • Successfully defending a cross-border inheritance claim against a multi-million-pound estate which involved disputed paternity
  • Securing a significant settlement for a claimant in a claim for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Acting for beneficiaries of an estate to successfully defend a claim for rectification of a will, brought by a family member who had been left out of the deceased’s will
  • Acting for an individual in a multi-million-pound breach of contract claim regarding a classic car.
